Design: 9 prototypes of “Designer for a day”
made among the winning ideas, the competition for the empty bookcase library

(ANSA) – MONZA, APRIL 22 – Nine pieces of design ranging from the bookcase to the ’empty pocket’, from the chair to the table, to the umbrella stand: these are the prototypes of nine ‘designers for a day’ who won the competition promoted by the Chamber of commerce of Monza and Brianza, in collaboration with Apa Confartigianato Monza and Brianza and Innovhub, made by as many artisans from Brianza and exhibited in Milan during the Salone del Mobile.

Aspiring designers are students, recent graduates in search of employment, employees, but there is also a molecular biologist, chosen from 70 projects that participated in the competition. Cristina Memini, Nirvana Colombo, Dario Sartori, Francesco Merati, Donatella Nobilio, Antonino Azzella, Marco Eba Ghisalberti, Valentina Fumarola, Roberta Perrone were the winners, while the works were made by the companies of Desio Brunello Imbottiti and VPM Malberti, from Il Trucciolo, Arredamenti Caffu ‘e Rastellino Creates Furnishings of Cesano Maderno, from the BP of Paderno Dugnano, from the Arredamenti Perego of Muggio’, from the Metallegno of Agrate Brianza, from the Softline of Vedano al Lambro and from the companies of Lissone Dessi Albano and Galbiati Natale and Figli.
